MAN ARRESTED AT THE SUPREME COURT FOR HIS JACKET! my friend scott, from occupy tampa, who stayed in dc after occupy congress on tuesday, got arrested for having a jacket on that said “occupy everything” on the back while touring the supreme court.. ridiculous and wrong..
See Cohen v. California where the Supreme Court upheld a man’s right to wear a jacket in a California courthouse which bore the words “fuck the draft.”
